We are just back from another belter of a half term. For the 6th year in a row we have joined with our friends 'in a big house somewhere on the south west coastline' - this time we ended up in Mevagissey, the south coast for a change - warm yet waveless. Some high points were the Lost Gardens of Heligan, coastal walks (increasingly one of my great pleasures), a ferry to Falmouth, Valentines night 'Mamma Mia (Honey Honey)' cabaret from the wives and a great big garden for the children to cycle around and play in. Not to mention a bit of fund raising hair bleaching by me and Dave (curtesy of our haiur dressers Poppy and Molly)! As ever we all enjoyed our photographyt and the cream of the groups shots can be viewed here, as well as the rest of Haygarths here.
The life and times of Matthew, Angus and Helen and their associates, as seen through the eyes of Dad Phil.

Once in a lifetime.....
They're saying that the snow that fell on our village on Thursday - Friday is a once in a lifetime event. 55 cm. Stunning fun.....here is a selection of snaps over what has been a fantastically exciting long weekend from South Zeal. It's like living in a ski resort!

A day in the snow
Along with most school children in the country today, our 3 enjoyed a bonus day off due to the snow! Great fun, snowballing, pub lunch (along with half the village) and sledging. Here are the pics.....
